Rio Dell Housing Rehabilitation Program

The city operates a housing rehabilitation program. Although owner-occupied rehabilitation takes priority, landlords can apply for rehabilitation of rental property.   Owner-occupied loans are based on a simple interest sliding scale depending on income levels…..1% very low; 2% low, and 3% moderate. Rental property loans are amortized at 5%, 15 year minimum term.
